Our founder, Ollie, once looked after the unique and discerning guests at The Savoy in London. Among them was a renowned supermodel, who is now a devoted supporter of our club. She requested a "Balearic Breakfast," and when he inquired what it entailed, she described it simply as:

Incredible and interesting people coming together. Great track selection and delicious food and drinks, with plenty of cocktails.

Inspired, Ollie created an extraordinary 24-hour "Balearic Breakfast" party in her suite. The event featured a well-known DJ, an exclusive VIP guest list, intimate lighting, delicious food and drinks (plenty of cocktails by a mixologist), and an untamed 'Balearic Flair.' The centrepiece was a large bust, into which Ollie drilled a hole and placed a cigarette in its mouth - this became our brand logo.

Captivated by the concept and with decade in of experience in luxury hospitality and realising there was nothing else like it, he founded The Balearic Breakfast Club. One that is not confined to a single space, but nomadic and fluid, bringing the energy and exclusivity of a luxury experience to unique and ever-changing venues. It would be a place where interesting people, creatives, and likeminded individuals could connect through curated experiences, and feel part of something very unique and special. The club, born out of a passion for people, food, music, and atmosphere, challenges the stereotypes of traditional private members' clubs, offering a more relaxed, inclusive, yet sophisticated approach.
